The secret to fit and sexy body confidence

Interview with Wan Suksangoun

Wan strongly believes in hard works with a go-getter attitude. Her body is a true result of that. Growing up being bullied and branded too thin, too tall and unattractive had marked her but later become the driving force to the body that she is very proud of today.

Sawasdee: Describe yourself, who is Jaruwan Suksanguan?

Wan: It was hard for me growing up, being bullied and not considered attractive. I was constantly told I was too slim and too tall and unattractive. That motivated me to become the best I could be physically to prove everyone wrong.

Sawasdee: What is the drive to keep fit and continue a regimented training?

Wan: Health and fitness is paramount in life. Especially at my age, I’ve realized that staying fit keeps me confident, feeling and looking more youthful than ever.

Sawasdee: At your age and not being supermodel or film star but you are almost like an advocate for body confidence amongst your peers/follower on social media, you look very happy in your own skin, and very daring showing off your skin, what are your secrets for maintaining a self-confidence balance?

Wan: There are no secrets, just a strict diet and consistent workout regiment. I watch what I eat and always exercise. When you look good and feel good inside, that’s where confidence come from.

Sawasdee: How did you get started with bodybuilding/training?

Wan: With me being in the cosmetic industry, it kind of forces me to look my best, and stay healthy.

Sawasdee: Where does your motivation come from?

Wan: My motivation comes from seeing most women my age not happy with the way they look.

Sawasdee: What is your training routine like?

Wan: I workout 4-5 days a week that consist of circular training combined with weight training.

Sawasdee:What would you eat on a typical day?

Wan: High protein and low carb diet with a lot of vegetables.

Sawasdee: Your favorite healthy recipe?

Wan: It’s traditional Southern style rice salad, but use egg white to substitute rice. This menu has lots of vegetables and herbs.

Sawasdee: Tips you’d give to someone to reach their goal in what they want, be it health, career, love ..etc ?

Wan: Always believe in yourself. If you don’t believe you can do it then no one else will.

Sawasdee: If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Wan: Squats, deadlifts and bench press. Those 3 exercises are the most important for power and are fully body exercises within themselves.

Sawasdee: Your favorite Quote?

Wan: “She believed she could so she did”
